Pupil premium funding is received from the government for children who are entitled to free school  meals currently or within the last 6 years, for children who are looked after and for those whose parents are in the armed forces.  Income and expenditure relating to pupil premium is reported to parents annually.

Sport funding has been received from the government for schools since from the academic year 2013/14. This funding is being jointly provided by the Departments for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport, and will see money going directly to primary schools to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all their children.
