Year 5 had a terrific day with Tim and Jon from Time Capsule Education who came to teach us all about The Highwayman which is our current English topic. We had a lot of fun learning about the transport network of the time, some famous highwaymen and even what weapons they would have used. We were lucky enough to see first-hand how those weapons worked. It was VERY LOUD but incredibly exciting!

Now we can’t wait to get started on some fantastic writing!
